Founder of MarketRise Capital. I design and build financial architecture — from borrower profiling and repayment workflows to reconciliation logic and field accountability tools. My work spans institutional finance, banking operations, and fintech product development, from Ghana to St. Louis.
I did not come into analytics through theory alone. I came through transaction registers, missing records, KYC checks, budget variances, and the reporting bottlenecks that slow real institutions down.
At Atlantic Hall, University of Cape Coast, I built a multi-sheet Excel reporting and variance analysis system covering income, expenditure, reconciliation, indexed retrieval, and management reporting. At Anum Rural Bank, I worked on client-record and compliance operations across a 520-account portfolio, supporting KYC tracking, dormant-account review, onboarding trends, and branch-level reporting.
Through MarketRise Capital and my graduate work at WashU Olin, I am extending that same operating mindset into credit architecture, repayment workflows, and financial decision tools. I am interested in the part of finance where process, risk, and analysis meet — and where better architecture leads to better decisions.
Four platforms built from direct operating experience: a credit engine for trader financing, an oversight layer for mobile money agents, a treasury and branch operations tool, and a financial planning dashboard for international students. Each one starts with a process problem and ends with architecture designed to make financial decisions more reliable.
MarketRise Capital is a credit engine built for Ghana's trader and small-business market. The architecture is structured around the realities of field-based lending: borrower profiling, trust-tier progression, repayment tracking, usable-cash disbursement logic, and field-supported review workflows. Rather than treating financing as a single approval event, it structures credit access as something tracked, earned, and expanded through demonstrated repayment behaviour.
Transaction oversight and field accountability engine for mobile money agents. Provides real-time monitoring, anomaly detection, and compliance workflow coordination across agent networks.
Multi-branch treasury and reconciliation engine for branch coordination. Delivers branch-level visibility, reconciliation workflows, and management reporting across distributed financial teams.
Built a multi-sheet Excel financial reporting system for Atlantic Hall, University of Cape Coast, to replace fragmented records and slow manual retrieval. The workbook combined an executive dashboard, income-budget tracking, recurrent and capital expenditure analysis, weekly transaction registers, reconciliation support, variance notes, pivot summaries, and indexed search tools for faster reporting and cleaner audit follow-through.
Figures are illustrative. Structure and logic reflect the actual 9-sheet reporting workbook built for Atlantic Hall.
A financial planning engine for international students navigating city-level cost decisions. It covers cash-flow decomposition, rent burden analysis, inflation-adjusted forecasting, scenario modelling, and city comparison across 126 cities and 199 university profiles. It converts living-cost assumptions into structured planning decisions rather than static expense estimates.
Formalised the business as a registered entity in Ghana (BN637380526), establishing the legal foundation for the credit architecture.
Business RegistrationDesigned and deployed the core borrower intelligence workflows, trust-tier progression logic, and repayment coordination engine underpinning the MarketRise Capital platform.
Credit InfrastructureBuilt the transaction oversight and field accountability system for mobile money agent networks, including real-time monitoring, anomaly detection, and compliance coordination workflows.
AgentDeskBuilt the multi-branch treasury visibility and reconciliation infrastructure layer, providing operational coordination and management reporting across distributed financial operations.
OperatorDeskReleased a live financial planning system covering 126 cities and 199 university profiles, with cash-flow analysis, scenario modelling, and inflation-adjusted forecasting modules.
CostCompassBuilding the core architecture behind MarketRise Capital: borrower profiling, financing eligibility workflows, trust-tier progression, repayment tracking, and field-supported review logic. The work spans credit operations, financial logic design, and fintech product architecture.
Built and maintained reporting workflows for Atlantic Hall's finance operations, including budget-performance sheets, transaction registers, reconciliation support, and variance analysis notes. Produced management-ready summaries for income, recurrent expenditure, and capital expenditure, and reduced record retrieval time through indexed workbook architecture.
Supported client-record and compliance operations at Anum Rural Bank's Akosombo branch. Maintained a 520-account records base, updated KYC status, flagged dormant and non-compliant accounts for review, and contributed to validation panels, onboarding trend reporting, and branch-level compliance tracking.

Research, analytical writing, and frameworks drawn from direct operating experience. If you want to understand how I approach financial architecture — not just what I have built — this is where to start.
A research study examining how information technology strengthens management control systems and improves small-business performance. Using survey data and SPSS analysis across 300+ firms, the study examined whether technology use changes how smaller businesses monitor performance, manage operations, and make decisions.
An analytical piece on how mobile money transaction data, repayment behaviour, and field-verified borrower profiles are reshaping credit assessment for traders and small businesses operating outside formal banking systems.
In ProgressI am interested in building financial architecture that works at the coordination layer — where analytics, software logic, field operations, and financial workflows meet. The goal is not just to model outcomes, but to design the logic that produces reliable ones.
I am currently building financial architecture while pursuing graduate studies. If you are working on complex problems in finance, fintech, analytics, or credit logic, I would be glad to connect. You can also book a 30-minute call directly.
